Dealing with M2Reeves was a great experience - I had never shipped a vehicle before and their quote was one of the lower ones I'd received but they put my mind at ease. We moved around the 'ready for pickup' date a couple of times for schedules in motion around the pickup dates, and the car was loaded 2 days after the ready date. I received the driver and dispatcher's phone numbers once the truck was assigned. My driver had to have work done to the truck which ended up meaning 2 days in delays - nothing to do with M2Reeves of course. I let M2 know and they talked to him as well, we had a bit of trouble getting to dispatch. I would definitely use them again and would likely ask for the same contact person - gotta like a straight shooter who tells it like it is.
