This was the first time I ever had a car shipped and I was more than a bit nervous and apprehensive. I had my daughter's car shipped to her in Las Vegas from Michigan. All the procedures that were explained to me by the company representative, Dorothy, were followed to the letter.


The turn around time from when I placed my order until the car was scheduled for pickup was much shorter that I anticipated- within one day. I actually had to schedule another pick up reservation because I was not quite ready to send the car because I did not expect the pickup to be so soon. and I had to make a reservation for another truck. The car was then picked up within three day.s Dorothy kept me advised of when the vehicle was scheduled for pick-up and made two calls prior to and after the car was actually on it's way.

The driver actually called me a day before the pickup and again within an hour of reaching the pickup point.

I can truly say that I had no surprises or disappointments throughout the process. In fact, I have already been answering questions from two other people who are interested in having vehicles shipped to and from other parts of the country. Apparently, they were just waiting to hear what the outcome of my shipping experience was.

I certainly have no reservations about highly recommending M2Reeves to anyone interested in shipping a vehicle.
