From the time I initally called M2Reeves I had a very good feeling that I was dealing with the right company. Katie was very courteous and professional on the phone. I felt a kind of relief as I have neve had a car shipped before. She gave me the option of closed or open shipping, I choose the open as the car is a driver. Katie told me M2Reeves had full insurance to protect my car while in transit. This is real important to me as who knows what type of hazards can be experienced on the road. Katie told me M2Reeves had a low price guarantee. How do you beat that? I was sold by that time. Katie gave me the estimated dates to pick up the car and we ended the call.

To my surprise, Katie called me shortly after to tell me my car would be picked up the next day, and when it would be delivered. First class service. She even gave me the name of the driver and two contact numbers for him.

The deposit was easy to process. I made a call to the office and Katie was out. Kathy helped me and she was very pleasant and professional. Kathy took care of the question promptly.

I will definately use M2Reeves again, as the whole experience was postive.
