I had a pretty good experience. None of the questions above ask about the driver, but I'm pretty sure he was a contractor and didn't work for M2Reeves. My only complaint about the driver was that he didn't know what I was supposed to give him, as far as paperwork, when he dropped off the car. He kept asking me for a check, but I had paid electronically in advance and had to call Katie to straighten it out. Katie was great through the whole process. Thanks again!!
