Three weeks prior to utilizing their services, I called to inquire about the services available to us. I spoke with a pleasant woman who identified herself as Amy. After speaking with Amy, I still was unsure about shipping the car to my son; however, I knew if we did, M2 Reeves Car Shipping would definitely be the vendor of choice. On March 19, I called Amy and requested to have the car ship to my son in Kentucky; within one hour of hanging up the telephone the driver called to say he will be heading my way in one hour, and three hours later the car was picked up. Wow, I thought, but the test was, would this car be in Kentucky by Monday as promise. Well, once again, they delivered as promised. The car was delivered to my son on the military base, my son inspected his car from top to bottom, inside and out; with the exception of bird droppings, the car was delivered in the same manner it was picked up.
I will be using this company again when it is time to return the car to Texas.
