Before using M2Reeves I had contracted with another shipping service. To shorten a long story, we waited in a new city without a car for three weeks while this other company did nothing. Every time we spoke to them they asked for more money to ship the car. After our contract expired we contacted M2Reeves. Mitch explained that some shipping companies will underbid an estimate to get your business, but then ask for more money later- this did not happen with M2Reeves. They gave us a price and stuck to it. The car was picked up one day after the estimated pick-up date but this seemed reasonable given the fact that there was a blizzard at the pick-up location.

It seems like common-sense that a company would do what they say they will do, but this does not appear to be the case with many auto shippers. I would absolutely choose M2Reeves if I had to ship again simply because they were reliable.
