Emily was my primary contact and she was wonderful. When we missed each other a couple of times she persisted until we spoke. She was very informative and friendly. I shopped for quotes on having my car delivered to Texas and A-1 was by far the best price that I received. When I spoke to the truck driver via his cell phone, he explained exactly what type of closed carrier he would be hauling my car in and gave me his route guide. He also offered that I could contact him at any time during the transport to find out if the delivery was going as planned. When he called a day and a half early, I was a bit surproised but grateful. Overall I would certainly use A-1 again the next time that I have transportation needs.
