the car was delivered on time however, the right side of the car had grease or oil stains spills on it. from the location of the spills the leakage might have come from the car above it. as i explained to mitch, who was very helpful, there appears to little communication between offices as to changes in the bill when they were made and i was not notified that a transport review was to be submitted before i could receive a $50 rebate. however, mitch agreed to $75 rebate to compensate for customer dissatisfaction and i would surely consider using m2 services again. sincerely, anita hyman
