I called Maria to ship my parents car to ft lauderdale florida. she stayed on the phone with me for awhile explaining the whole process if the deposit, she gave me the dates and approximate time that they would pick up my dads car. she gave me a five day windoe of when they would come to pick uo the car, we thought five days was a very wide range becuase my parents might have needed the car to run their last minute to arrends before they left for florida.
she said that if locked in a date for us that it would be an extra charge. so we said no.
they came on the fourth or fifth day, and picked up the car.
everything was fine. they received the car sooner than they expected.
it was good job and I would call you again.
