All went according to plan , pickup was a few days earlier than I would've liked, left me without car in CA (since I was re-locatiing like most others) It made it difficult to get to and from work , airport , etc... , Not exactly door to door service , but realistically how is such a huge vehicle going to drive down your street , driver met me 2 mins from house , thankfully I lived close , picked up car , check for damage , and left. /*off was delayed a few days , which I dealt with , main issues was I heard something bang really hard from the undercarriage of my car when driver was taking off vehicle , also I had to meet driver around area (note* not door to door) , but once again thankfully I lived close enough to the meeting point. But in the end I got my car , which is what matters , doing the survey to get my rebate which brings the cost down to $900 , which is pretty good price.
