Amber was very good at responding to inquiries right away but the promptness with which they executed the transportation left a lot to be desired. They had a tough time finding someone who could take the car from MA to CA so we had to wait two weeks for the car to be picked up. Then the car was delivered 1 1/2 late. Luckily I had a flexible schedule but had I needed the car immediately I would have had a lot of issues.
