M2Reeves has very good customer service. Emily was always kind and answered my questions politely and her answers were satisfactory.

The carrier was also fine. The car was picked up one day late but that is expected when shipping a vehicle. Because of this, the car was delivered one day later than the original specified arrival date. The night before arrival the trucker called me and asked if he could deliver the car to me between 8am and 10am the next morning. I said that would be fine. The next morning I received a call from him at exactly 8:09am stating that he was at our designated meeting place with my car. I met him there, inspected the car, paid him and drove off. The shipping was without incident and I would use M2Reeves again. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I figured I was also paying for the good reputation that they have built within their industry.
