In a former review I stated I was not happy with the customer service of M2 because I was not told I would have the pay the trucking company C.O.D. instead of putting the entire amount on my credit card. I voiced my complaint with M2 by phone and with the original review. The customer service manager, Amber, called to apologize for the misunderstanding and explain the company policy which I appreciated very much. I know some companies would not even bother to make the call.
Thank you M2 for the aplogy and letting me, the customer, know you are concerned about your customer's satisfaction. Also, I did find your shipment prices more reasonable than other companies I compared so if I ever need to ship a car again, I will certainly consider M2Reeves.
