This was my first experience shipping a car and although it wasn't a bad experience, I don't know if I would do it again. Door to door pickup and delivery was a convenience for us, but since we live off the beaten path, the delay of getting the vehicle picked up was longer than quoted. The driver was courteous when he picked up the vehicle. Delivery also was longer than quoted, since it was picked up on a monday and delivery was to be on friday, but it didn't arrive until the following monday evening. Rates seem to be a little bit lower than some of the other companies, but you need to have patience for pickup.
