I placed order on 8/10/2009 for pickup in Michigan and scheduled pick-up started from Wednesday, September 2, 2009. When no carrier picked up my vehicle by Friday, September 4, 2009, I called M2Reeves LLC and spoke with an agent who promptly increase the price paid for the route to the carrier by $100. I was concerned because of the holiday weekend coming up that my vehicle wouldn't be picked up until after Tuesday. 4 hours later, I received a call that M2Reeves had booked a carrier and my vehicle was picked up at 9:30 that night. Overall, good service.
