This vehicle was picked up on the original date we requested. It was delivered in 3 days approx 1000 miles away. Katie was very supportive and really made me feel like she cared about was was going to happen. This was my first experience transporting a vehicle. I have no reason to go any where else if I need to do this again. Joe the driver was very cordule and polite to both my wife and family memeber on the other end in ID. There were no issues other thant the bugs on the rear window from where it was positioned on the trk, (it could not be avoided). The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that I personally think that there is always room for improvement in any job.
