Mariah at M2Reeves was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional on each of my phone conversations. When she was not available she would return my phone messages promptly. All my questions were answered concerning tranporting my sons car from PA to UT. A little feedback for future business. Be sure to inform your customers of the payment expectations up front. When speaking to the driver at "pick up" he informed me that $600 cash or cashier's check was required for him to release the car. In addition, he was also concerned about extra weight inside the vehical (Fuel, boxes, etc.) This car is going out to my son for college so of course we put a few items in the trunk and the back seat not weighing more that 50 extra pounds. Mariah did inform me that M2Reeves or the trucking company would not be liable for any valuables left in the car, but I was not informed that these valuables could an increased cost. The driver did not charge me anything extra, but was frustrated that this was not communicated to me. Overall, it was a pleasure working with M2Reeves and Mark from CCJ trucking company!!!
