My overall experience was good. Brenda was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The pickup was scheduled for Saturday 8/1/09 early am, but they didn't arrive til almost 3pm. The transport company did not bring the truck to me nor did they ask me to meet them, they instead came to my home and drove my car to the truck, which was supposedly by the highway. I would of preferred to actually see my car being loaded on to the truck. On Monday morning I expressed my concerns to Brenda and she immediately contacted the transporting company who assured her my car was on the truck and on its way. I then contacted the driver myself who also reassured me. I liked the fact that I was able to contact the driver the whole time. They were scheduled to arrive Thursday 8/6/09 but instead arrived on Friday morning. I attribute that to traffic, which is understandable. My car arrived without a scratch and nothing was stolen. Overall it was not a bad experience. I think the price was reasonable. I would recommend to my family and friends.
