Emily was excellent.
Brenda was excellent.
Heather the receptionist was even very knowledgeable.

This company you can tell has trained the staff correctly, this experience was very refreshing after having to fire two prior companies to pick this particular vehicle up. By the two previous companies they lied on pickup dates (always tomorrow), and even after 3.5 weeks of this they asked for more money (bad business). Then I called M2Reeves and the day I procured the order they told me it would take up to ten days to get my vehicle picked up. On the tenth day the vehicle was picked up and delivered to me 4 days later just like I was told. The drivers were very informative also. Overall, this was and excellent experience with M2Reeves. Thank you.
