My brother shipped his car off from Texas back to us in Oregon. My perspective then is from the receiving end.
So, they called me to let me know that the car had been picked up and asked if I had any questions. I did, and Brenda answered them all in a helpful way.
I forgot one question so I emailed her and got a phone call not long after with my answer. It was a one word answer but she took the time to give me a call rather than email just to make sure I was properly served and that I didn't have any further questions.
Then, just a few days later I got a call in the morning from the driver saying that the car was already in Portland 2 days early. I was pretty happy about that because Saturday would have been much more difficult to do.
I was concerned that the big truck wouldn't fit on my tiny off street but was relieved to find out that in Portland they put the car on a smaller truck - the size that only fits one car and then drove it out to Beaverton. He arrived about 15 minutes later than the 45 minutes he estimated. He probably got stuck in traffic on Hwy 26.
The only thing I didn't like is that when he got here he just had me sign and then took the car off and that was that. I thought that I was supposed to inspect the vehicle before signing to make sure that there was no damage. No worries, there wasn't any damage. The driver had probably already looked the vehicle over and was so confident that there was nothing wrong that he just presented the paper to me sign, brought the car down and was off.
I recommend this company and would certainly use them again.
