After the initial pickup the original carrier broke down in New Mexico. Brenda contacted me and kept me informed . When a second truck was assigned she again let me know what happening and was exceptionally kind and concerned with my trucks circumstance. I wish every employee of all the companies I deal with were as nice to deal with as Brenda is. Thanks, Steve
