Katie came in, took charge, and made sure my vehicles got to me. She is a great professional and a very nice person to works with. One time I called her in a testy mood, but she was very calm and cool. Sometimes I just think people are not as kind as they once were. People don't hold the door for people, they don't smile and say "hello" as they walk by you on the street. What we need is more people like Katie. She is the kind of person that if you were running towards an elevator, would hold the doors open for you. That is character - the "Golden Rule" if you will. Katie made me feel like moving my car was the most important thing in the world to her. I cannot express you you what it felt like when I say my vehicle. There it was, rolling off of the trailer, clean as a whistle and shiny. It was a moment I will never forget. I turned to my wife and said, "our boat is here, honey". I have Katie to thank for that feeling.
