The staff was very professional and friendly. All my questions were answered promptly. Many other companies require a deposit before anything is done but this company does not - which is great! I have always been skeptical of auto transport companies. Many friends have told me horror stories but M2Reeves has totally quashed that. The car was picked up and delivered in one piece and the communication with the truck driver was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
