The company I talked to was good at answering my questions and it helped me through the process, however, the truck company was not very good. The driver came a day later than what we agreed upon and arrived to the destination a day early. If the apartment complex did not accept the car on my behalf I would have been charged storage fees, so that was big for me. Overall though it went well and I am happy that I have my car with everything in tact.
