I had a bad experience shipping my car, but that was primarily the fault of the truck carrier company, not necessarily M2Reeves. The representatives that took my phone calls were always friendly and attempted to be helpful, but I had to constantly work with different people since my original contact (and then secondary contact) weren't working later on in the process when I was having issues. Apart from the truck breaking down and being 6 days late picking up my vehicle (then 4 days late delivering), the issues that I have with this service revolve around communication. I had to constantly call both the broker and the carrier to figure out when my car would be picked up, where it was, and when it would ACTUALLY be delivered. I may be naive, but I expect that when I am quoted a specific delivery date and the truck cannot meet that date I will be informed. I had issues with either company returning phone calls and requests for information. In the end, the delivery was so late that I was literally out of options for getting to work on time and had to go out of my way to pick up the car at the location the truck driver was stopping for the night. At 3 am. In general, the whole process was unbelievably inconvenient.
