I would like it if the next time i decide to transport a vehicle that Im not told to come to another destination other than the address given for drop off. Upon drop-off I was first told that the driver would be here by 9am when 11am came around with no phn call I became worried, when I called the cell number the man could barely speak english, very frustrating. I didnt recieve my car until 12pm, the driver told me to come to "Home Depot" at the shopping center, in the rain, finally he said I will drive it to you, if you take me back to my truck, when I got into my car it smelled like cig smoke. Im am pregnant and i was a bit pissed when getting into the car that because I couldnt roll down the windows. I felt the phn customer service was excellent and finding someone to pick-up was prompt. The delivery person needs alot of work.... Overall I would use you guys but after telling some family memebers the whole ordeal, they felt otherwise. Thank you for bringing my car in one piece.
