Web site attracted contact for initial shipping bid. PROMPT and AFFORDABLE was received [non the least expensive internet quote, BUT :toll free telephone contact was made AND First impression of Receptionist, Christy, sealed the deal! Christy's professional attentions duly note and much appreciated- offering cheery and knowledgeable attention to our SPECIFIC CUSTOMER needs. Christy then assigned our personal representative, Amber. Amber promptly procured driver, assigned shipping pick up/delivery date, a CONFIRMATION email of including all pertinent driver name/company & direct contact phone # ! Although FIRST driver assigned failed to pick up car in a timely manner, AMBER's utmost professionalism was demonstrated by canceling and RE-ASSIGNING SECONDER DRIVER, thus order was allocated for PROMPT PICK-UP/DELIVERY DATES- CONFIRMED-AND ORDER COMPLETED WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY!
