The customer service was outstanding. The people were great to deal with. Katie was so helpful. She was also happy to answer any questions we had. If she was busy, we would also get a prompt return phone call. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service. The whole team was very eager to make sure we were pleased with every aspect of the transport.
