My son is in the Navy and got assigned to So. Carolina for Nuclear Power Training School. We wanted to ship his car but were very apprehensive about shipping Sarah was great and very re-assuring. The driver was Wonderful, we let him know that my son would not be able to leave class early to get the car and he said he would work around his schedule. He contacted my son twice letting him know his approximate drop-off time and he was actually early (able to delivere on Sunday instead of Monday)!!!
Great Customer Service!!! If I need to transport again, I will definitely contact M2!!!
