The reason that we did not give this company an excellent rating is for the following reasons:

1. I was to get a $50.00 discount for being a veteran. As it turned out, I needed to complete this review before I could receive the discount.

2. When the carrier dropped off the vehicle, I was told that the charges were $40.00 more than the original charge. We visited with the dispatcher and the issue was cleared up. There was no communication from M2Reeves regarding the charge. We had to initiate the call

Overall the experience was satisfactory, the car arrived without any damage and I would use the service again.
