...It was explained to me from the onset that this was a busy time of year for the Florida to Northern states car exodus...but the agent assured me that they would do their best to arrange transport....They did, the contracted company called me after a few days....the driver(Ron)..even explained where he was stopping before my pick up..and said he would keep in touch and inform me of any unforeseen delays...which he did..and that he would arrange to pick up at my convenience. I was called when he was enroute to my home...the problem for him was that the car was behind a gate that couldnt open due to grass that had grown up around it...he said no problem...I got a shovel and helped him dig up the overgrowth...in 90 degreee Miami heat....Later found out that he was a fellow West Virginian by birth...we are such a great people!!! He gave me an estimated time of arrival in Ohio...and followed up by calling the night before he was due to arrive in Cleveland to say everything was on time....my family called me the next morning to say that the car had been delivered...the company was R & R Transport out of Coolville, Ohio....would recommend them again...price was affordable!!!
