Well at first everything was going right. I received my quote and everything went well except i didn't realize i needed to leave my key where it was accessible to the driver. So i had the key expressed to the driver as arranged, but the key was lost in the mail. The driver said that he'd wait for the key ONLY if i'd agree to pay another 250.00. I felt bullied into the situation by the driver because i needed the car asap. So i ended up having to pay more than the quote given to me. When i called M2reeves my customer service rep. was ready to go to bat for me and not have me pay the extra amount, but because i had agreed over the phone to pay the driver. There was nothing they could do about it.
