This customer is lying. We called her to inform her that she had not completed all of the steps necessary to recieve her rebate. She then screamed and cussed at Katie that we were not giving the rebate because of the 4 star rating. Before Katie could respond she cussed more and told Katie to never call her again. We give the $50 rebate to all customers that qualify regardless of how many stars we get and this is published on our website
