I got a quote for $809 which seemed low to transport a van. I called Mariah to confirm that it was correct. She said it was. I called back to book the transportation and she said she would have to add another $300.00 which put their quote in the high range. I can understand making the mistake once - but it should have been corrected when I called to confirm.

The customer is correct, the price quoted was incorrect. Everyone agreed that this price was too low. There was a mistake, not a bait and switch. We attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the customer. The client agreed that this was not a bait and switch after we spoke today.
