The customer was informed that there was a problem with our automated pricing tool, which gave out a typo error price. We NEVER spoke with the customer verbally prior to him placing the order online. Furthermore, we NEVER place orders for Hi and Ak without verbal communication between M2reeves and the customer.
This was an honest error with our software. We never gave a price and tacked on more fees. We have corrected this error with our automated quoting system. We have attempted to contact the customer to try and resolve the misunderstanding.
