Jon was very knowledgeable about the type of transport I needed and why. He spent about twenty minutes on the phone answering questions and explaining the transport process. Once the order was made for the transport of my vehicle it took less than 12 hours to pick it up and 13 hours to delivery it. I was impressed with his professionalism and prompt service. I had canceled an order with another transport broker due to inability to find a carrier and I was doubtful about another contract, but Jon made me feel reassured that the transaction would be fulfilled and he certainly came through. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.
