I researched online and submitted my transport quote request to a service that notifies multiple transportation companies. Almost 10 transportation officials contacted me, and Linear Transport was selected based on strong rapport established with associate named Robert. From point of initial contact to delivery of my Escalade and Jaguar by Family Car Transportation on September 10, 2010, my customer experience was positive. I was able to speak with the broker, dispatcher and driver at will throughout the 7-day transport of my packed (big screen TV, household goods and clothes) vehicles both of which arrived safely at my hotel on schedule.
