When I found Lightning Transport on the internet,I recieved many quotes.I rec'vd from Matt,and from the first call conversation,I told Matt what I had,and what I expected from the broker and the driver.
He asked me what I wanted to pay! I told him what Id like to pay and he hit the price,most times,and several times within $75.00.I told Matt upfront be honest with me,and you will have my business.Matt HAS out performed himself as well as the transporters he has had pick up my cars.
Now I just call Matt,and also been introduced to Brad,he too has been SUPER nice,and a go getter.I recieved my Caprice,within time specified,if not quicker,driver was Jose,super guy,and took pride in delievering my Caprice.I had reviewed several companies thru Transport Reviews,but being very honest,I did not look up,Matt with Lighning,it was just in the conversations,and him keeping his word,along with Brad that has made them MY BROKER from here on out.Matt and Brad are VERY well knowledged,and AND THEY CALL YOU,they send you EMAILS,just customer relations beyond my wildest dreams.
I am true happy customer of Matt and Brad.
AND NO, I have not recieved discounts,nor been paid for this review.My records and my cars,are available as proof.I have to say,some of this - (negative reviews) I reall just find hard to beleive.
Matt has done nothing but work his butt I FEEL FOR ME! lol But its that repore,be it 8am,or 10 pm,Matt calls you,IF YOU DONT ANSWER,he leaves a meassage,he will text you and he emails you.
So,don't buy any of this about Lightning Auto Transport.
Matt,Brad,Lightning,and their drivers,are TOPS in my book!
