This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle shipped. It was a motorcycle. I chose Lightning Auto Carriers for several reasons: they offered door to door service, the bike stayed on the same truck for the whole time, the price quoted was the most competitive, and they had great reviews on this site. I did not know what to expect, and after doing quite a bit of research, it seemed to be a daunting task to choose a shipper to haul my bike. Brad called me promptly after I submitted the quote, and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The bike was picked up a day early and arrived a day early. I would highly recommend using Lightning Auto Carriers, and I would definitely use them again.
