I was initially dealing with another auto carrier company to get my SUV transported from Tennessee to illinois. After getting the run-a-round from the first company and being lied to constantly, I took a call from Brad offering the services of Lightning Auto Carriers. With all the troubles I was having with the first company I was etremely sceptical and not even close to putting down another security deposit. Brad was patient with me, understood my frustrations, and explained what the other company was doing and why I was getting the results I was. I very hesitantly decided to go with Lightning. My SUV was picked up BEFORE they promised and delivered right on time. The driver was professional and polite (John). Brad was honest, stright forward and wealth of knowledge. It is a bit unnerving to have such a vailable asset like a car ins omebody elses hands whom you have never met. These guys were honest, you can feel confident they will deliver on thier promises. In what may be an industry with some less than straight shooters, Lightning Auto was honest, responsible and dependable. Thanks guys for doing a great job. And thanks Brad for getting my car where it needed to be. You will be getting my business again.
