I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. We only work with reputable drivers who we have been in business with for at least 5 years. Rest assured that this driver was properly vetted. The drivers are liable for ALL damages which is stated on the Agreement that you signed prior to your vehicle being picked up. It's also unfortunate that you signed their Bill Of Lading at delivery- which is the documentation confirming that your vehicle was delivered free of any damages. Once that document is signed by the customer there is absolutely nothing that we can do to reverse the situation. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us.
