When I placed my order with Matt, I asked him to keep me informed on the progress of shipping the Ford pickup. Matt called me every morning to give me an update until a trucking company was arranged. I needed to pay for the shipment from my end (Denver) and Matt instructed me about giving the trucking company the payment rather than them expecting payment at the California destination. Matt also put me in touch with dispatch (Natalyia) at the trucking company immediately so they could keep me informed as to when the truck would be delivered, etc.

I was originally with another company that never called my son, who was also helping with the truck shipment, They never called to give him a progress report, so I placed our shipping order through Matt instead. I couldn't have expected better service.. Everything went very well. Thank you Matt!
