I spoke with a lot of representatives from transport companies. When Brad from Lightning called, he was not pushy as others were, which I hate, and he gave all of the reasons I would be better off with Lightning. I researched a lot of companies and decided to go with Lightning. I was never sorry. The driver kept in communication with me as he got closer to my home. He was very polite and professional. I would definitely work with Lightning again.
