I requested a quote from Lightning and received a quote. Before the agreement was reviewed and signed, my account was hit with the $300.00 Deposit. Subsequent telephone calls to Brad were not returned as well as any emails.

One email brought to Brad's attention that my mother's cancer treatments had to continue and our stay in California had to be extended. There was no response to this email. In a subsequent email I made it clear to Brad that nothing has been signed and agreed upon, and therefore the $300.00 had to be returned. NO ANSWER!

It was highly upsetting when I received a call from a trucker wanted to know when he could pick up the car! Brad did not communicate this to me and had not communicated the fact there was no agreement to the truck driver. The driver was not pleased when I gave him Brad's number.

After everything , I forwarded all this information to the Better Business Bureau (Case #90247586) and Lightning did not even answer to the Better Business Bureau. This has now been escalated up through the Better Business Bureau.

My best recommendation is to not use this outfit at any cost.

WE ASSIGNED A DRIVER. Brian set the order up on 02/19/14 at 10:45 am and we assigned a driver at 10:50 a:m. WE DID OUR JOB. We did not receive any emails from this customer and when the driver went out to pick up the car he said he didn't know who Brad was. That goes to show that this customer review is FALSE.
