When I first contacted Ligntening Auto Carriers, they were courteous and prompt in getting back to me. There was an initial problem with my pick up as the contracted trucker had a breakdown and they had to find another one going from Long Island to suburban Chicago. This was set up and after a few days, I was given a pick up date. The carrier arrived, picked up the car and delivered it to Chicago three days later. It arrived without a scratch. The driver was courteous and helpful upon delivery. I recommend these guys highly. They are reasonable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and they provide a good service. I will use them again.
