Non-Delivery of Vehicle

I started out dealing with Brad who gave me a quote of $895 with a promise of a 2 day window (6/27 or 6/28) in which the car would be picked up. Approximately 2 weeks before the date I contacted Brad to confirm and did not get a response from him. A few days later I received a message from Matt letting me know that the driver should be contacting me within the next week to give me the final details. Another week went by with no contact when I started to get very concerned since the 2 day window was just a few days away and I was due to fly out of state. Needless to say those days passed and I was advised to leave my car with a friend and it would be picked up there. Today it is 7/1, I'm in CT and I was advised by Matt that he could not find a driver and he would post it without a price to see if he could get someone for more money. Since I wasn't very happy about this, he recommended that I go with some other carrier. I'm now having to pay $150 more and I wasted over a month dealing with Lightning only to have my car 3000 miles away from me

This is a completely false review. The customer was NEVER CHARGED and cancelled before the 1st available pick up date leaving us no time to find a driver.
