I was a little skeptical of all car carriers because of horror stories I've heard. Once the paper work was filled out and the money was collected Brad called me back with the name of the driver. I didn't hear from him until the day of pick-up, but he was very nice and very professional. My car was transported over the holidays and the driver said it might take a little longer, but the car arrived a few days early in perfect condition. The price with Lighting Auto Carriers was by far the best and most convenient price I received. To my surprise it was a very smooth process. I definitely would use them again.
