Really reliable company!

First off, I would just like to start off by apologizing to Mr. Brenden Kurtyka for putting up with me and all of my craziness. Brenden quoted me a price that was $250 higher then the lowest quote I had received. I told Brenden, if he could not match the price that than he was wasting his time by speaking with me any further. Lightning's email stated that they would match or beat any companies price, so I was pretty upset and ruled them out when he told me that he would not match the price. He stated that he would be wasting my time and his own to match the price of $650.00. Like any consumer looking to save money, I took the lowest price I had. I did not realize how the business operated and I wish that I would have given Brenden the proper respect and time to hear his side of things. He gave me his number and made a guarantee that I would need to call him back to transport my auto. Well he was right... The company who gave me the low price ended up jerking me around for 10 days, making false promises and not returning my phone calls when I needed them most. I have also lost a $100 deposit with this company and they will not return it even though they did not render me any service! What a horrible experience.

Brenden and Lightning Auto Carriers were a breath of Fresh Air! From the moment I gave them the job, things started to work out in my favor. The vehicle was picked up within 48hrs, and what was supposed to take 7-10 days, only took a short 6 days. It arrived in the same condition and I am very pleased to have my vehicle in the North East ready for the Spring months. At the end of the day, I should have went with Brenden in the first place, it would have saved me a ton of headache and hassle. Please believe Brenden and I when we tell you - "Paying an extra $200 will be completely worth it!!!" And after everything I initially put Brenden through with trust issues, he gave me $50 off his original quote by taking money off of the broker fee (the money that he was making) What an exceptional service.. Thank you so much Brenden - the debt cannot be repaid.
