Had the worst experience, my flight was delayed and I couldn't pick up my car right away, they harassed me with taking my car back to California tried to reason with the driver but he was so set on taking my car back, not at any point giving me the option to store my car like we had previously talked about, when I arrived to pick up my car he did not want to unload it and drove off with my car while I followed behind. Called agent I spoke to and no answer. Had to call the cops to get my car and ended up paying more than I was quoted. I had the worst experience. Later that day received an invoice for the incorrect amount paid, called to correct problem and never got a call back.

So after my driver waited for two days, because your flight was late, receiving your vehicle intact and helping in you every step of the way. You still decided to give us a negative review?
