This company as brokers, asigned me Transport King , .This TK did the transport and the car arrived to our place with the soft top damaged, as well as doors. Now TK insurance company is driving us crazy because they say they don´t have liability in soft covers, and undercarriage.
Camille said she did her job finding a transport Company, and that is not in her hands. She provided us with an Insurance policy for TK, but almost nothing is under their liability. The cost of reparation is 14.000 dollars upon the appraisal sent by their insurance. Please, be aware to ask for all the documents before work with them, ALWAYS READ SMALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EITHER THE BROKER, THE TRANSPORTATION, THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS. We don´t. Camille said I have to deal with the insurance , is out of her hands, they consider my case closed. I must say she ´ve been polite all the time. But I wonder.....HOW THEY ASIGNED ME A TRANSPORTATION THAT DOESN´T TAKE ANY LIABILITY WITH CONVERTIBLE ...IF MY CAR WAS CONVERTIBLE?????. I am having a tremendous hassle, everybody washing their hands. I have hundreds of mails to probe what i´m saying. Sorry about my english, is not my first language.
